Throughout my life I've always been bubbly, love putting on makeup, getting my nails done, getting dressed up, just because of my love for beauty. But over the past couple of years I've struggled with my confidence, self-worth and truly accepting myself as I am. So I decided to take the time to work on my mental & emotional health, through meditation and learning to love all of myself inside and out.
